Transparent recruitment process

Our recruitment process is transparent, so you as a candidate will know from the start how the process works, what you can expect and when you will hear from us. We place great importance on treating all candidates with respect and fairness.

To find the right candidate, it is crucial that we get a comprehensive insight into your skills, values, attitudes and motivation – personality is very important to us. We always provide you with a detailed job profile so that you as a candidate get an insight into the company, the position and the necessary skills.

We use analysis tools, and after implementation, you receive individual feedback and advice on your development, regardless of whether you progress in the process or not.

Ditlev has more than 20 years of experience with national and international companies and possesses extensive expertise in leadership and business. With a background as an officer in the Royal Life Guards and several leadership positions in both consulting and large corporations, combined with several educations including an MBA from Middlesex University in London, he has built a strong professional foundation.

Ditlev has solid experience in Executive Search, coaching, and leadership assessment, which are central aspects of his work at BIRD & LOCK. His expertise and years of experience make him a key advisor and valuable sparring partner for many clients. With deep insight and precision at both strategic and tactical levels, he ensures that tasks are completed with high satisfaction for all parties involved.
