Ditlev Piper

Founder & Partner

Ditlev has more than 20 years of experience with national and international companies and possesses extensive expertise in leadership and business. With a background as an officer in the Royal Life Guards and several leadership positions in both consulting and large corporations, combined with several educations including an MBA from Middlesex University in London, he has built a strong professional foundation.

Ditlev has solid experience in Executive Search, coaching, and leadership assessment, which are central aspects of his work at BIRD & LOCK. His expertise and years of experience make him a key advisor and valuable sparring partner for many clients. With deep insight and precision at both strategic and tactical levels, he ensures that tasks are completed with high satisfaction for all parties involved.

Laura V. B. Lauridsen

Senior Research Consultant

Laura has several years of experience as a researcher from both research institutes and larger private and public organizations. Since 2021, she has been working in Executive Search.

Laura holds a degree in Ethnology from the University of Copenhagen. She has solid knowledge of the market and all aspects of the search process, which she has gained through close collaboration with both national and international companies.

Laura is recognized for her professionalism, methodical approach, and high-quality work, combined with a strong analytical ability to find the right match between company and candidate.

Steen Steen Sverker

Steen Sverker Nilsson has led the consulting and training company Westergaard for approximately 20 years. In 2021, the company became MetierWestergaard following a merger, after which Steen has served as co-owner and CEO. With extensive experience in leadership, business operations, and strategic development, he has built and managed a successful training and consulting business throughout his career.

As a member of the advisory board, he contributes valuable owner-manager insights, sharp perspectives, and many years of hands-on experience.

Henrik Stenmann

Henrik Stenmann is an experienced advisor in digital and organizational transformation, with more than 20 years of experience in turning technology into real business value. He is the founder of Dear Future (formerly IIH Nordic), where he has helped companies integrate data, digital strategies, and AI into their core business. Henrik works with AI as a strategic driver, with a focus on anchoring it within the organization, culture, and leadership.

As a member of the advisory board, he contributes a strong perspective on branding, marketing, and how technology can be translated into competitive advantage and long-term transformation.
