Ditlev has more than 20 years of experience with national and international companies and possesses extensive expertise in leadership and business. With a background as an officer in the Royal Life Guards and several leadership positions in both consulting and large corporations, combined with several educations including an MBA from Middlesex University in London, he has built a strong professional foundation.

Ditlev has solid experience in Executive Search, coaching, and leadership assessment, which are central aspects of his work at BIRD & LOCK. His expertise and years of experience make him a key advisor and valuable sparring partner for many clients.
