Ditlev has more than 20 years of experience with national and international companies and possesses extensive expertise in leadership and business. With a background as an officer in the Royal Life Guards and several leadership positions in both consulting and large corporations, combined with several educations including an MBA from Middlesex University in London, he has built a strong professional foundation.

Laura has several years of experience as a researcher from both research institutes and larger private and public organizations. Since 2021, she has been working in Executive Search.
Laura holds a degree in Ethnology from the University of Copenhagen. She has solid knowledge of the market and all aspects of the search process, which she has gained through close collaboration with both national and international companies.
